Dave Heinrich,

DAVE’S
STORY
Dave completed his studies in Psychology, his major, and minors
in Mathematics, Physics and Geology at Earlham College in 1973.
On July 4, 1976, he opened his own company, David Heinrich
General Contracting, Inc. After 17 years as a carpenter, David
joined his wife and partner of 31 years, Linda Izzo-Heinrich,
in the mortgage business on September 9, 1993.
Dave believes
that Individual, Business and Community success all share
a common thread, and should be tightly interwoven, “What’s
good for the individual is good for the business is good for
the community,” and that this approach renders a very
high form of service to all. David began his community service
at the early age of four months old as the son of missionaries
and ministers in Rhodesia and Zambia in Southern Africa!
