Dave believes that Business,
Investing and especially your own Life are TEAM sports. As
such, David has given his clients the extra level of comfort
and hand-holding they want through his mortgage and real estate
companies, residential remodeling business and his association
with a myriad of not for profit and trade organizations. NOW,
he’s taken his knowledge, education and experience to
the next level by helping to motivate and comfort individuals
on a one-to-one basis as “The Encourager”!
Dave completed his studies in
Psychology, his major, and minors in Mathematics, Physics and
Geology at Earlham College in 1973. On July 4, 1976, he opened
his own company, David Heinrich General Contracting, Inc. After
17 years as a carpenter, David joined his wife and partner
of 31 years, Linda Izzo-Heinrich, in the real estate and
mortgage businesses.
Dave believes that Individual,
Business and Community success all share a common thread, and
should be tightly interwoven, “What’s good for
the individual is good for the business is good for the community,” and
that this approach renders a very high form of service to all. David began his community service at the early age of four
months old as the son of missionaries and ministers in Rhodesia
and Zambia in Southern Africa!
